Weight Based Movement Training
This 2-day teacher training is designed to confidently prepare instructors to lead weight-based movement classes, whether integrating weights into HIIT, hot Pilates, or yoga-style sessions. Participants will learn proper weight-lifting techniques, class sequencing, and how to safely and effectively guide students through strength-building workouts in heated and non-heated environments.

The training covers best practices for cueing, modifications, and injury prevention to help you create dynamic and safe classes that elevate your students' fitness levels. Prior training or certification is recommended but not required to join this program."
