Sessions, offered in three formats, are held three times a week:
Sundays yoga sculpt
Tuesdays hot pilates
Thursdays power yoga
Each session is 60 minutes of the specified format, followed by 30 minutes of deep stretch. Registration begins two weeks prior to a session, and is available until 12 hours before the session. 48 hour cancellation notice is required.
