A slow-moving flow focused on breath, alignment and intention with extended floor work designed to quiet the mind and purify the body. hot room.

Experience 30 minutes of strength building and body sculpting weight work in our wäarm room followed by 30 minutes of a high energy, heart-pumping cycle class for a full-body workout that burns calories and builds strength. Athletic shoes or SPD-style cleats are required for the cycle portion of the class.

Build functional strength and cardiovascular fitness as you sweat your way through this fun, upbeat class set to great music! This class will incorporate elements of hot pilates and HIIT with an emphasis on core and cardio. These classes are 60 mins.

elevation.strength + stretch

elevation.strength + stretch offers a full body workout using hand weights and resistance bands to strengthen, tone and define lean body mass followed by a deep athletic stretch to lengthen and condition muscles. This class is 45 min. and offered in our wäarm room.

Worldanz.basics

Worldanz basics is a safe and playful way for everyone (two left feet or not) to learn about culture and dance while getting a great workout. We will keep it simple, but keep it moving. These classes are not heated and are 60 mins
