Hot Elevation Studios: Teacher Training Programs
Training tracks
Teacher training is an opportunity to deepen your own practice while learning a skill you can carry anywhere. You’ll learn from trainers with decades of combined experience, gaining practical tools, teaching methodologies, sequencing, and the confidence to lead a room; whether you ultimately teach at a studio, in your community, or wherever your path takes you.
Along the way, you’ll step outside your comfort zone, find your voice, expand your craft, and discover new ways to connect movement with intention. For some, it’s the beginning of a teaching career. For others, it’s a deeper commitment to their own practice and personal growth. Either way, you leave with more than a certification – you leave with knowledge, confidence, and a skill that goes wherever you do.

A Note from the Owner
My grandpa (a notoriously cheap man) had one exception. He always used to say that health and education were always worth the investment. I’ve carried that with me for most of my life, and I can’t think of a better way to combine the two than through teacher training.
Before I took my first training, I had absolutely no intention of becoming an instructor. I loved taking classes, but the idea of standing in front of a room and actually teaching one? That felt completely outside my comfort zone. I hated public speaking, and I certainly didn’t see myself as someone who could command a room, lead people, or inspire them through movement.
Somehow, that first training changed everything.
Teaching became my single favorite thing to do. It’s my church. It’s my therapy. It’s where I feel most present, most connected, and most like myself. And it has given me far more than the ability to teach a fitness class – it has given me confidence, a deeper understanding of my own body and mind, and a way to connect with people that I never expected.
In many ways, teaching is what eventually led me here. It’s a huge part of why I believe so deeply in what group fitness can be when it’s done with intention. This is so much more than a workout. When the right movement, music, heat, energy, instruction, and community come together, something happens that feels almost spiritual. You walk in as one version of yourself and leave as another.
That’s what I hope you discover through teacher training. Not simply how to teach, but what teaching can teach you. You’ll learn from experienced instructors, develop practical skills you can take anywhere, find your voice, challenge yourself, and perhaps discover a part of yourself you didn’t know was there.
You don’t have to know that you want to teach forever. You don’t even have to be sure you can teach at all.
You just have to be willing to invest in yourself.
Hope to see you soon,
Michele
